Issues
If
you are hosting the party:
- You
are responsible for recognizing the signs of someone who has had
too much to drink.
- It
is your responsibility to prevent your guests from becoming intoxicated
(i.e. cutting them off if you think they have had too much to drink).
- You
can be held responsible for any damages that occur as a result of
the alcohol that you provide.
- You
are responsible for what happens to your guests when they are in
your home or on your property.
- You
are responsible for the safety and behaviour of your guests until
they are sober, not just until they leave your party.

There's
